Beware of the PEBCAK is an illustration I was hired to create for a series of internal corporate newsletters reminding PC users about best practices for reducing common user errors (such as not saving often enough, making sure the right color mode is used, appropriate resolution, etc).
The term PEBCAK, which stands for Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair (that means you) was transformed into a monster character that the user needed to beware of while working.
In the end, the project was scrapped because some people involved felt that (I'm not making this up) pointing out user errors might hurt peoples feelings.
